Quoted shipping charges cover transit costs only. Foreign customs duties, import tariffs, clearance charges, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer.

2. International Orders

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance taxes, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the destination country are payable by the recipient. HANIYA MAISON is not responsible for delays, additional charges, seizure, or refusal of delivery arising from destination-country customs requirements.

3. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and other required delivery information. HANIYA MAISON is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
